- Trixie is one of our home raised mares. She is a buckskin gray that is possibly splash as well. She should mature to 14.3hh+. She was born on May 30, 2025. Trixie has always been sweet and inquisitive but also a little more reserved.
She attended "kindergarten" in the fall of 2025 and is halter broke to lead, load, stand tied and has been desensitized to handle tasks like farrier and vet work. She has been routinely trimmed and dewormed.
The Joaker babies are known to be very intelligent and feely which means you can’t be aggressive/manhandle them, you have to work with them and let them figure it out. I have personally watched Trixie in new situations and you could just see her working things out in her mind and given the time to do so and I will say everyone who watched her was thoroughly impressed.
