- "Elsa" is an AQHA gray palomino possibly splash filly. She should mature to 14.2/14.3hh. She is sired by our AQHA cremello splash grey stallion, Laughing Sun Joaker bred by the late Lee Lopez of Lemmon, South Dakota.
Her sire is a grandson of Frenchmans Guy, who is a Top Leading Barrel Horse Sire in 2001-2009, A Leading All Around Performance Sire 2001-2020, 2019 Future Fortunes Stallion Of The Year, Progeny Earnings In Excess of $14 Million. Joaker has maternal siblings who are being used to run barrels.
Elsa is out of our mare, Snowbum Shini Quiote, who comes from a strong maternal line of NCHA and NRHA money earners which include AQHA stallion Sparkin Hot (NRHA $3,796) and AQHA stallion Dox Outside Chance (NCHA $8,367.63). With solid paternal foundation lines going back to the Blakburn breeding program of Jim Larson of Sheridan, WY.
