“Bunny” is a 2003 AQHA black mare and stands around 15hh. Unfortunately, not much is known about her before she came here. From what we were able to learn, she was about 4 or 5 years old she got a strand of electric nylon fence rope wrapped around her left rear leg. She had surgery to repair the damage and it left a scar and she’s been used as a broodmare.

Bunny is sired by WYO Blue Bonnet and is a granddaughter of Leo Hancock Hayes. Leo Hancock Hayes is the last breeding son of Blue Valentine and an outstanding ranch and arena sire and one of the top ten all time ranch sires in AQHA history. Almost all of his 500+ foals were used for rodeo and ranch work.

Blue Valentine, another great stallion on her papers was used for roping, ranch work and steer tripping when calves weighed 800-900lbs. He was used in different rodeo events and even took 3rd at the annual Casper, WY pro rodeo all-girl barrel competition. Blue Valentine horses are known for their gentle disposition, bone frame, good feet & minds.
