After the devastating loss of our stallion, Maverick, in December 2021 we were unsure of what direction to take our program and then we found Deuce. He is so much like our late stallion and we believe that those traits were passed down by their sire, Bet Hesa Cat. Deuce has a similar disposition and athleticism that Maverick possessed but we feel Deuce is a little grittier.
Deuce had 90 days professional training in the spring of 2021 with Tate Halverson of TNT Horsemanship. Tate also trained our late stallion, RD Bet Hesa Catari, whom Deuce shares the same sire. Our trainer had nothing but great things to say about Deuce and says he shares the same great disposition and athleticism as Maverick. He learns quickly and retains what he's been taught. Our trainer Tate, retired at the end of 2021 and we have found a new trainer that we have sent Deuce to for more training. As of the end of November 2022 Deuce has just finished 3 of his 6 months of training with his new trainer. We look forward to giving you some updates later.
Deuce has everything we are looking for in a sire with his great disposition, athleticism, conformation and breeding.
