Frenchmans Trickster

"Trixie" is the last Laughing Sun Joaker baby we have available – she was born on May 30, 2025. Trixie has always been sweet and inquisitive but also a little more reserved.

She attended "kindergarten" in the fall of 2025 and is halter broke to lead, load, stand tied and has been desensitized to handle tasks like farrier and vet work. She has been routinely trimmed and dewormed.

The Joaker babies are known to be very intelligent and feely which means you can’t be aggressive/manhandle them, you have to work with them and let them figure it out. I have personally watched Trixie in new situations and you could just see her working things out in her mind and given the time to do so and I will say everyone who watched her was thoroughly impressed.

Trixie comes from some really great ranch/rope horse lines and I think that she would definitely find success in being someone’s all around type horse. She has a long, smooth stride.

She is slightly toed out in the front. We thought it was unbalanced feet causing it but after her trim on 05/11/2026 we have seen that she is turned slightly at the knee so she will not be straight. She does travel sound. Her pricing does reflect this.

Trixie is 5 panel N/N via parentage – sire is 6 panel N/N and dam is 5 panel N/N via parentage but is not tested for IMM/MYHM. Expect mature height of 14.3/15HH.
